Changes of heart rate in patients during the Mawi biosensor patch monitoring

Conducting a variety of examinations of patients can significantly activate the sympathetic nervous system which will show an increase in heart rate (HR) on the electrocardiogram (ECG)and this is often associated with a pathological condition. Sometimes changes that are more characteristic in the first days or hours of recording are caused by the psycho-emotional state of patients. During the extended ECG monitoring, such changes may be offset within a longer observation period (for example, 3-5 days).

ECG monitoring in a young patient has revealed an increase in heart rate on the first day after using MAWI BIOSENSOR PATCH. It should be noted that neither deviations from the reference values of the ECG nor episodes of bradycardia have been detected.
