The identification of patients with transient conduction disorders is important from the point of complication prevention and block progression as well as preventive medicine.
The patient, who noted mainly heart failure, underwent a three-day ECG monitoring using MAWI BIOSENSOR PATCH, the main analysis of which is carried out by an artificial intelligence system. On the third day of the ECG monitoring the asymptomatic episode of the left bundle branch was developed and recorded by the device.

The Fig. shows the episode of transient left bundle branch block accidentally recorded on the third day of monitoring.
As typical ECG monitoring is usually set for 1-2 days which does not always detect abnormalities, recommendations for longer-term monitoring may be essential to identify transient and prevent permanent conduction disorders.
